Then the people wanted to keep the light for themselves, and darkness was born in their hearts. The light drove many to fight over it in what became the Keyblade War. In the end, Kingdom Hearts was consumed in the darkness caused from the conflict and the worlds became separate from each other. Because of its great significance, Kingdom Hearts has been sought countless times by villains seeking to harness its power.

Axel, known as the "Flurry of Dancing Flames", is member VIII of Organization XIII. He can manipulate fire and enchant his weapon of choice, twin chakrams, with his pyrokinesis to unleash powerful rapid attacks. Axel is a man of many mysteries and secrets and will not hesitate to exploit others to suit his needs. He is described as "an assassin who puts his own agenda first, and everything else on the back burner". Axel is the former mentor and closest friend of Roxas, another member of the Organization. Shortly after Roxas left the Organization, Axel betrayed the group and left as well to look for Roxas and see him again.

Roxas, known as the "Key of Destiny", is member XIII of Organization XIII. As Sora's Nobody, Roxas was granted the ability to use two Keyblades and wield light, directing rays to strike his opponents with great power. Roxas was born in Twilight Town when Sora released his own heart in order to save Kairi, and it was there that the leader of Organization XIII, Xemnas, found him and took him in as a member of the Organization. While he was in Organization XIII, Roxas was mentored by Axel, and the two became best friends. Eventually, Roxas left the Organization to search for answers regarding his connection to Sora.

The Crest of Kindness is one of the nine Crests that is used to aid in Digimon evolution and is engraved with the pattern of a stylized ornate rose. A Crest is activated when its owner exemplifies the trait embodied by the Crest and allows the partner Digimon to evolve into its 5th stage of evolution, the Perfect/Ultimate level. Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. A kind person has a gentle, warm-hearted nature and is understanding and charitable.

I serve under the 13TH DIVISION OF THE GOTEI 13.

The 13th Division of the Gotei 13, headed by Captain Jūshirō Ukitake, was the only division that operated with two 3rd Seat officers and no lieutenant following the death of Lieutenant Kaien Shiba. Eventually, Rukia Kuchiki was promoted to the Lieutenant position. The insignia of the 13th Division is the snowdrop which signifies hope, and the division color is maroon. Because of Captain Ukitake's gentle nature, the soldiers of the 13th Division all have a steadfast unity, and the 13th Division is said to have a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Jackson Overland "Jack" Frost is an immortal supernatural being who can control ice, snow, frost, and cold with the help of his magical staff. Upon meeting the Guardians, he was a mischievous, rebel-without-a-cause type of loner interested in only using his winter powers for his own amusement and the amusement of children, and he had no desire to carry the rules and responsibilities of being a Guardian. However, after spending more time with the Guardians and helping them defend the world from the nightmares and darkness created by Pitch, Jack realized his desire to protect the children of the world, and this realization led him to become a full-fledged Guardian whose center is Fun. As the Guardian of Fun, Jack's purpose and responsibility is to spread feelings of fun and joy as well as happiness to strengthen the faith that the children have in the Guardians.
